Herman Cain under Fire from the Left on Comments over the Need for Foreclosure Attorneys, Occupy Wall Street, and the Poor in the Country

Nothing seems to be able to keep businessman and conservative Republican Herman Cain down. Even when his own peers and other important African-American personalities in the country have voiced dissent about his opinions, he refuses to be intimidated. Cain has nothing to lose; it is very rare for the Republicans to nominate a businessman, who has never held any political office, as their Presidential candidate. They may have to make an exception this time around.

A Tough Road Ahead

Herman Cain entered the race for the Presidential candidacy in 2012 pretty late. Not many people thought he would be able to make a sizable dent in the hearts and minds of the voting public. The fact is that Cain is very close to being the number 1 contender for the office of the President. Unfortunately some of his views have earned displeasure from certain sections of society (he expects people to work and not standby for free handouts). Foreclosure attorneys have been called upon by more and more people who are at a loss after being served foreclosure notices and they blame the government for their situation.

Other Viewpoints

Cain shows a remarkable lack of empathy for the poor when he says that if you have lost your job, needed foreclosure attorneys to attempt to save your home due to nonpayment of mortgage, or just have not figured basic things out in life, the blame lies solely on you. Hardcore leftists and anti-Americans like singer Harry Belafonte have called Cain a “bad apple” while Princeton professor Cornel West says that he shows a striking “coldness toward poor people.” West works in academia, he does not understand what it takes to be successful in this country, what tax burdens companies’ face, and what the risks are in terms of running a business. Belafonte is a singer – that is his expertise.

Goofy Math

A large number of the people who will be voting will have needed foreclosure attorneys at some point in time in their lives and have definitely been touched by the job market; Cain’s comments pertaining to these issues should help them realize that America can bounce back if the right person is in office. According to Cain, about $5 trillion spent for about 3,000 jobs and a loss of 15 million jobs, America is headed nowhere fast with this current leadership.

Toni Braxton Calls on Foreclosure Attorneys after Judge Gives Green Light to Initiate Foreclosure

Toni Braxton has seen it all. Fame and fortune were behind every door that she opened once. Her single Unbreak My Heart is still considered one of the best songs of all time. Her work won her the Grammy Award but very soon financial woes began to dog her every step. Apparently she thought the good times were just going to continue forever. They probably could have if she did not spend her money recklessly and irresponsibly. She may have enough singing talent to bring the house down but her financial sense is lacking some substance.

Bankruptcy Wouldn’t Stop Foreclosure

Braxton has filed for bankruptcy twice in her life. The latest Chapter 7 liquidation filing was put forward by her attorneys in 2010. Her bankrupt status did not stave off the foreclosure attorneys though as the U.S. federal court judge has given the go-ahead sign for her Georgia home to be foreclosed upon.

Not Thinking

Many celebrities have needed foreclosure attorneys in recent times. Veteran actor Burt Reynolds is the latest name added to the list. Braxton is also in terrible mortgage debt since she owes a whopping $1.5 million on her mortgage payments that she has no means to make good. She should have continued singing or at least working. Did she think she would receive special treatment?

She Quit a Long Time Ago – Why?

U.S. bankruptcy court Judge Barry Russell was the man who ordered the Chapter 7 liquidation shield to be lifted off her property so that the Duluth, Georgia home may be foreclosed upon. Foreclosure attorneys could have helped her create a mortgage repayment plan and negotiate with the bank but it is a little too late in the day for damage control and she does not have the means to access that kind of money anyway.
